Out comes the Tequila, after this second distillation, it's Blanco Tequila

Fresh out of the still, this tastes really good! These folks make smooth stuff

Blanco Tequila is immediately bottled, Reposado is aged in oak for 2 to 11 months, and añejo for at least a year
|
Next we visited Herradura, a much bigger operation - same process, just a grander scale
